"I had a great experience coming to State Farm. I had totaled a Nissan Maxima by hitting a deer and I needed a declaration page to send to gap insurance. Karla had sent it to me but I wasn't sure if it was correct because of the dates and I called and talked to Karen who explained everything to me and put me at ease.
